Our State Agency softball team began playing in May! I am our first baseman most games and having a great time playing. My BA was up to .571 but has slipped after a poor 0-3 showing last game. Time to get back to the batting cage.
Working on several SCA projects including repainting my shield, adding brass verveilles to two helms, working with Grimr on my leg harness using the stainless steel knees my brother gave me for Christmas and helping Lady Sophia and the Company of Saint Ulrich with crossbows.
Current gaming: playing a campaign of Descent with Wes, Kathy, Carla and Glen. I get to be the Evil Sorcerer King and am trying to crush the heroes of Tamlir!
I'm continuing my studies in Astronomy, especially solar physics. Also following the current MARS mission.
